You’ve asked for it, now it’s here! Our team has been hard at work to deliver the next set of reports and tools based on your feedback.
Feels Good to be Home
The first thing you'll notice when you log in is all the information we've managed to cram on one page! We've devided the screen in half, with buyer statistics on the left and seller statistics on the right.
You have your usual account balances, followed by a five day bar chart outlining recent traffic to/from you. You'll notice there is a Current Activity counter which in real-time shows total active calls on the system.
You'll see some recent month and recent day by day statistics as well.
Reports, Reports and more Reports
From the buyer side, we've added the following reports:
- Call End Types.
This is good for analyzing any fail codes as well as why your ASR is why it is.
- Average Rates
Broken up by Location Zones, you can see for a date range of your choice what your weighted average price is.
- Purchases by Endpoint
If you manage multiple inbound endpoints this can be helpful in comparing your inbound traffic.
- CDR Download
Plain, simple, you put in the date range, optional filter for endpoint and hit the download....CDR's in CSV format.
- Search for a Call
Put in a date range, optional endpoint, from number and to number and you can pinpoint any specific call. A detail button to the right of the grid brings up useful information specific to that call.
On the seller's side we've added the following:
- Call End Types
This will break out by end type, by fail code, everything we've received from you as a seller. You can choose the date range and optional termination endpoint. You will notice a few "Lost" columns. More on this below.
- Sales by Endpoint
Useful for viewing between your various selling endpoints the statistics the system provides
- Lost Traffic
We expect you to connect 100% of all calls we send you unless the call can not be connected due to busy or invalid number. If you send back a fail code, we will simply try your call elsewhere, if the call connects successfully elsewhere it is considered "Lost Traffic" and "Lost Revenue" to you because in all rights you should have completed the call. This report gives you the specifics of each "Lost" call attempt to you.
- CDR Download
Plain, simple, download the seller call detail records.
- Search for a Call
Quickly find any call we've sent you by from, to numbers within date ranges and optionally within a specific termination endpoint.
Special thanks to all the participants who have given us great feedback. We are evolving this machine to meet your demands and your input is highly valued.
Route on!
